Do you work with sworn translators accredited by the Spanish MAEC (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)?
Yes, a sworn translation is an official translation carried out by a sworn translator; in Spain they are accredited by the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, Unión Europea y Cooperación (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation); who can translate, sign and seal a translation, making it legally valid.
For other countries, sworn translations will always be carried out by sworn translators who are approved by the competent body in each territory.
What format is the sworn translation delivered in?
The digital copy of the sworn translation is always sent by email in PDF format with a digital signature.
If you require a hard copy, we can also send it to the postal address you specify.
How long does a sworn translation take?
We work with optimal turnaround times. A 24/48 hour turnaround time with Additional Urgency.
The exact time will depend on the content of the documents. But we have very fast turnaround times.

Are documents apostilled for a sworn translation?
As a translation agency, we do not apostille documents, we carry out a sworn translation of an already apostilled document.
Remember, if you require an Apostille, the original document is apostilled first and it is then sworn using the sworn translation service!
